I have two bent tube chain link gates with two holes drilled in the tops of the bottom rail. Should this be?
Obviously rain will get in there. Could my gates have been installed upside down? I could understand if they were on the bottom of the rails, for drainage or ventilation.
well you can hire gay mechanics to come down and clean your pipes if you want to. i geuss they can install your rail if they want to.
