How to make a concrete base
Foundations are used to carry the load of a building to the ground. This is the soils bearing capacity insurance. The concrete foundation that is reinforced with steel buildings allows more plants to make up. This means that the concrete base can carry more load. The trench should be excavated to the required depth. This must be difficult in tests with a hoe. Concrete should never be put in loose soils. This can make the house collapse. The diameter of the reinforcement bar to use is a quarter of an inch.
In a reinforced concrete foundation, the beginning of work of excavation of a trench to depths required. The width of trench is about two feet wide. The depth should be on hard ground and varies from place to place. High Performance bars are cut and tied. They are manufactured in three long bars that will run the entire length of the trench. These are the top bars. Additional bottom bars running the full width of the trench are linked to off. An eight-inch space is made when joining reinforcing bars.
The foundation trench funds are to receive the level concrete. A blinding layer of two inches thick is added to the trench and leveled. The thickness of the foundation is marked with steel stakes driven into the blinding. This will mark concrete height is eight inches thick. The reinforcement is then placed in the trench. In the case of a slope, the foundation is stepped a course of masonry. The concrete is mixed in a ratio of one part cement, two and three parts sand ballast. The prepared mixture is poured in reinforcements. It should be level with pins already placed. Then spread as it vibrated. Must be fully cured for a minimum of seven days to achieve strength.
