How to remove and install a HP Pavilion zv6000 Keyboard
When a keyboard error occurs, sometimes simply a new driver download can remedy the problem. However, not all problems can be corrected this way, and a keyboard replacement for a laptop may be necessary. Fortunately, this is not an overly complex process on an HP laptop, and it can be done with a couple of screwdrivers and about a half hour of time.
The HP Pavilion zv6000 is a mid-sized laptop designed to meet the needs of the corporate or small-business user. If the keyboard in your HP Pavilion zv6000 becomes damaged or is in need of a thorough cleaning, you may find it necessary to remove this component from your laptop. However, you will first need to partially disassemble your laptop, as this is the only way to gain access to the keyboard assembly. While this may seem like an intimidating proposition, the procedure for removing an HP Pavilion zv6000 Keyboard( http://www.everbatt.com/HP-Pavilion-zv6000-Keyboard-White-p-36601.html ) is very straightforward.
Warnings:
Minimize the risk of a static discharge when working inside your computer by periodically touching one of the metal surfaces on the back panel. If the hinge cover is difficult to remove, begin by lifting one end and gradually working your way over to the other. Do not attempt to force the cover off of the laptop, as this may cause it to crack or break.
The first and foremost thing is to take off the laptop battery and disconnect the hp ac adapter from the wall plug. Then ca n you begin to remove you keyboard. Here are some simple tips for you to follow:
Locate the memory module cover. Unscrew the screw securing the cover to the laptop. Remove the cover and set it aside. Locate and remove the screw securing the keyboard assembly frame to the laptop.
1: Take the laptop over and locate and remove the screw securing the keyboard assembly frame to the laptop.Then examine the underside of the rear edge of your laptop. Locate and remove the single screws at the left and right ends and the three screws inside the empty battery bay.
2: Return your laptop to an upright position and open the display. Locate the switch cover near the top edge of the laptop base. Insert the tip of your flat-bladed screwdriver underneath the switch cover, using the indentations near the display hinges. Pry the switch cover off of the laptop and set it aside.
3: Lift the rear edge of the keyboard assembly. Examine the space underneath and disconnect the cable connecting the LED board to the system board. Flip the keyboard assembly over, such that it comes to rest on the front half of the laptop. Disconnect the attached cable.
4: Remove the keyboard assembly and turn it over. Locate and remove the screws securing the keyboard to the keyboard assembly.
5: Pull up on the keyboard carefully and slowly. Do not pull all the way; otherwise, you may damage the cable underneath. There is a keyboard cable holding the keyboard in place. De-attach it from the unit by locating the connector beneath the keyboard. Flip the connector lock into the up position and disconnect the cable. Remove the keyboard.
6: Take the new keyboard and attach the keyboard cable to the connector, and push the connector down. Slide the new keyboard in. Replace the keyboard shield.
7: Flip the HP laptop back over. Replace the set of five black plastic screws, and then the three silver screws. Replace the RAM cover.

question about a fan motor for freezer?
model is CJAM 0200-TAC-001
3p 208/230 . This is what’s happening. motor seems to be turning on and off. when it turns on for about 2 and a half seconds turns off for the saem amount of time it has been going on like this for a while. It seems like it might be the relay that is not staying closed. relay makes sound like it opens when motor turns off and it closes when it turns on of course. a small silver screw is loose in a cutout mechanism that seems to be connected to the relay opening and closing. Could it be that little screw making all that racket? What else can it be. If you need more info just let me know
I think its the relay that is bad. that screw that was loose actually controls the fan off and I think that sets the time the motor turns on/off thanks for the help I will let you know later what the problem was.
hey im in aus so don’t know model, its possible the screw is a earth screw for the pcb and may be causing trouble, in my experience with lg fridges (korean made) is the fans are dc, i quite often see them fail where they just sit and “pole” which sounds similar to what your explaining, on and off for 2secs, but since you mention the relay sounds like could be 1, the little screw loose not earthing fan correctly 2, the door switch/sensor failing telling pcb to stop/start fan 3, or the pcb itself hope this helps even a little
