Renault Alloys on a pug??
i have some alloys off an old cilo and went to put them on my 206, the round ring bit in the middle of the hub is too big for the alloys so they dont fit, but when i put spacers on they fit, as the ring bit in the middle is same hight as the spacer,
all i want to know is…. is it safe to be like this? (just the nuts holding them on not the center ring too)

No, it isn’t safe to have just the wheel nuts holding the wheels on.
If you really must have those wheels on that car, go to a wheel/tyre shop and ask them about having modifications done to the wheels.
