I need a big meal for four strapping men warming vegetarian?
I was thinking about mushrooms or spicy chickpeas with toasted bread or homemade paté sesame and garlic biscuits to start, then a bowl of warm winter vegetables with a lid of cheese cake, vegetable, shoe style, then sponge a raspberry and coconut cream to finish, what do you think? The pot will, onions, leeks, rutabagas, turnips, carrots, potatoes, beans green lentils / barley A curry would have been my first choice, but nobody likes – I hate the smell.
