What am I doing wrong? This is so unfair?
I eat carbs once a week. I workout 4-5 days a week. Eat all salads and veggies. I lost 3 pounds in last weeks and I was so happy but today again I weighed the same when I started working out. What is wrong please help. I was 117 3 weeks ago. Came down to 114 and today when I weighed at Zym I was 114 again. Trust me all I have eaten is healthy. I am only 5 feet tall and loosing hopes. I eat fresh fruit and Veggie snack 3 times a day. Breakfast: oatmeal – Quaker’s flavoured, Lunch – Lentil soup with veggies, clery snacks and salad with lean protien or fish and still I have GAINED?????? This is sooooo Unfair. i am so sad.
P.S>>Please do not say I do not need to loose, because I have big tummy and love handles and I was 95 pre pregnancy. Very fit and healthy. I have a 4 months old and I do not breastfeed. I want to get to 100 at the least to fit in my favorate clothes. PPle say i look good but for me I see my flabs and love handles. I like to be lighter.
Okay first off you will have off days and good days. You need not get depressed because then your body releases hormones that will make you gain weight in the stomach area. Oatmeal is not good. It will not help you lose. Try a protein shake in the morning, eat a salad with meat at lunch or a piece of meat about your palm size, and for dinner eat a meat and a low starch veggie… DRINK WATER. And most importantly WALK. It helps wonders.
