Should you give your feet a break from high heel kneehighs during the day?
Hi everyone,
just wanted to clear something up. I have a friend and I think I read somewhere that when wearing high heel kneehighs, you should always take them and your socks off during the day to give your feet a break and let them breath? Do you know if this is true, what do others do?
I wore them a lot when I was an active flight attendant. When I had a little bit of a break, I would sit on the jumpseat at the entrance and unzip my boots and then pull my foot out slightly to circulate some fresh air inside to my toes.
