Learning to Open the Heart Chakra
The heart chakra located in the center of the chest is the chakra of compassion and love. Its handling capacity the subject of love, pain, hatred, anger, jealousy, fear of betrayal and loneliness is the condition of your heart chakra. 1.Find a quiet, comfortable place to sit on the floor with your legs crossed.
2. Close your eyes and recite the mantra of the heart chakra, which is "YAM".
3. As you sing this view and concentrate on your heart chakra in the center of your chest.
If chanted correctly, you will notice a resurgence of energy. For beginners, I recommend you do not exceed more than 20 concerts per session.
