The art of raising your mood
Joan Adams and her sister Betty Delorme have compiled a great book addresses in different approaches to maintain high vibration level, how to lift your mood when feeling blue, how to act when you feel sad.
I am proud to say I wrote a chapter of his book entitled: "Thoughts are Alive!"
Each chapter provides guidance on banishing the reluctance, the lifting of the state spirit and enhance your spirit! In fact, the act of reading these chapters immediately raises your mood, whatever you are experiencing!
I thought of making a list of boosters from my own personal favorite mood to add to the treasure chest:
1) Turn off the TV.
I like to stay up to date on what's happening in the world, but watching the news is depressing that you no longer want to participate in. The experts tell people to think in terms of their own prejudice, which tell people how to vote, and in essence, are no longer reporting the news.
2) Sit in your favorite chair and enjoy a beam Sun
3) Meditate with your cat's favorite resting on his knee.
4) Look for periods of silence every day.
5) Focus in this behind every force of life in and out of breath, all day. These are private and joyful moments you shared three dimensions only and can be yourself do regardless of what is happening around them.
6) Avoid Depression – to prevent lunatics.

7) Do not participate in gossip or join others when they are complaining. You will feel much better to avoid negativity.
posts Start your own blog and write several times a week. Do this only if you like to write. This helps you because you are sharing your talent with the world.
9) Encourage people to comment on his blog. Thus begins an open discussion and feel connected to their audience.
10) sit, walk and sleep with their dogs.

12) Amanda Goldston recommends an "Ideal Day Fun Card" in the book of Joan and Betty. This involves first write down everything I can think of that would be, do or have every day brings you joy and fun too!
Here are pictures that represent those things and paste and laminate these pictures on a 3X5 card and carry it around with you.
Everything about this card should make you smile! Tap the card in his pocket several times a day. The power of this visualization tool is evident in their dreams and visions manifested in your life faster.
13) Going out and looking at the starry sky. Learn the constellations and pick them out. Identify the ecliptic call and recognize there astrological constellations: Aries, Pisces, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, etc.
Stargazing is even more fun with a telescope. Naturally, you want to do this in a place away from the bright lights of the city.
14) Figure when a lunar eclipse will happen. Next, make sure it is available in joy. This celestial event is soothing, relaxing and meditative. My husband and I recently saw an eclipse together and we agreed that the time was a wonderful quality.
Braking time, which held hands, and watched the moon in all its phases until it was dark, except for a silhouette of the circumference of the moon.
I read that this particular eclipse, saved Christopher Columbus and his crew many moons ago.
He read his Almanac that an eclipse was to happen the next night. He and his crew were held captive by the Indians who threatened death.
Colon said: The moon disappears then returns because it allows us to live.
And the rest is history.
15) Race your dog or cat and kiss them. Throw ball for your dog. Massage back. Clip nails. Brush his coat. Watch the look of gratitude that beamed his face cheerful.
16) Learn to accept life fully. Let the resistance What Is it simply to melt away. Being in the moment where you are. Allow this moment to expand and be realize that this is the moment only, and not a series of moments in a film of linear time.
What Now everything is OK. Learn from this experience and allow you to grow.
