LGBT: What engagement ring looks better?
I'm thinking of asking my girlfriend to marry me on our 10th anniversary and I can not choose between two rings. I love them both but it's hard to choose. Lenna I'll like them both, but its still hard to choose. Using flow-to-cash money to find value
The ratio of price to earnings (or P / E) is probably the most common reason to determine if a company is under or overvalued. However, The price to cash flow (or P / CF) is another great reason to do just that. cash, of course, is vital for the financial health of a company, especially nowadays, in order to fund operations, invest in the business, etc and cash in reality can not be manipulated in the income statement as you can.
The reason why some people like this far better than the P / E is that the net income portion cash flow rightly adds back depreciation and amortization, and non-cash expenses. Whereas the net income is dedicated to the Income Part of the P / E does not add them in, thus artificially reducing the revenue and distort the P / E. So many analysts prefer to use Flow rates of metrics to judge the value of an action.
And as the P / E ratio is calculated by dividing the price by its earnings per share – the price that the relationship Cash flow is calculated by dividing the price by cash flow per share. Also as a P / E, the lower the number the better.
Today the average price of cash flow (P / CF) for stocks in the S & P 500 is 9.6. At 12-month forward P / E is 15.3. But as the relationship P / E, a value of less than 15-20 is considered generally good. But be sure to compare the values of P / CF to their industry, as different industries have different numbers considered normal.
For example, the average price / cash flow from gold mining companies is about 30, while about 3 for telecommunications.

* Zacks Rank = 1
(Only Strong Buy pass.)
* One year> = average growth rate projected for the S & P 500
(Looking at growth rates above market.)
*> Current cash flow = cash flow five years on average
(I want to see the position of the company in better effect.)
* The cash price less than or equal to Median Flow for Industry
(I want to see companies scoring below average in their respective groups.)
