I am one of the slowest runners in my eighth grade class. I have a 10-minute mile (as my average). How an I improve my running? What are some useful breathing techniques? We run around a large dirt oval track four times if that helps.
you just need to keep working on it and eventually you’ll get better…try pushing yourself a little harder each day. And as far as breathing goes..dont breathe really heavy becuase that will tire you out. breathe in your nose and out your mouth
