healthy diet?
I want to start eating healthy but I don’t really know where to start. Heres a sample of what I eat daily. Breakfast- cereal with whole milk, usually lucky charms or trix. Lunch- bagel with cream cheese, vitamin water, fries. Dinner- usually some kind of meat or fish, sometimes soup. I snack a lot during the day and its all junk food.
What are some alternations to fries, pop tarts, vitamin water and other junk food that I can have to curb hunger?
Also, I don’t really drink that much water.
You are not eating healthy at this point. You are eating too much sugar for sure. You should drink water and definitely eat more fruits and vegetable. You can drink 1% milk and continue eating the meat and the soup at dinner but add some veggies. Snacking is fine but make it healthy choices like carrots, cucumbers, whole wheat pita bread, nuts and not junk like cookies or chips. You will feel better at the end of the day if you eat well and you will be less hungry if you eat protein. Also too much sugar can give you a sugar high which makes you feel bad when you come down from it. Good luck!
