What is the best way to clean up tarnished solid brass on a saddle?
I don’t want to damage the leather. Any advice?
Or, should I just keep the antique look to be safe?
I just researched what Brasso can do to leather… it leaves a white substance that is extemely hard if not impossible to get off the leather =(
I also looked up ketchup… I’ll have to give that a try. I also saw that Tobbasco sauce works =D
Believe it or not Ketchup works too! lol Also any brass cleaning polish available at any old store:) Lets see Mother’s Mag Polish is great for silver and brass and doens’t stain leather, it’s available at auto stores.
